Like my clients, I’m a woman with a mission. 

Mine is to empower founders and leaders to live up to their fullest potential. For the world to change for the better, we need leaders who reject the outdated, ego-driven ways of old.

As a former co-founder myself, I understand the drive to create a company with impact. A company that leaves the world better than when you started. A company that creates value for customers, the team and investors.

I also understand that doing this has its challenges. Navigating growth, funding, leadership, self-doubt, difficult relationships and the quest for that elusive ‘balance’ takes its toll.

That’s before you even think about nurturing the parts of your life outside of work.

But still you persist.

And I’m here to persist alongside you. 

My career experience is broad which is messy for Linked-In, but powerful for my clients.

I have a degree from Cambridge University. I’m a qualified lawyer having practiced at one of the world’s leading magic-circle firms. I was the co-founder and Head of People of a VC backed start-up. Growing the company from three to 60+.

I have led sales, built teams, raised investment, shaped culture and stretched myself and my mindset to help the team thrive and the company grow. 

My coaching is modern and it is powerful. Clients say that I combine practical start-up experience with deep, transformative coaching to help them get what the results they want. As well as results they may not have even anticipated.

We may be formulating a plan to handle a crucial negotiation in one session, and working with long-held beliefs about confidence in another.

I’m obsessed with making things better. People, places, experiences - I want them all to be the best that they can be. I love a project, I love a big vision and I love a transformation.
