INITIAL KICK-OFF SESSION
This is where we design the roadmap for what you want to achieve. It’s all about you and your big plans. It might be that you’re not yet 100% clear on what those are. That’s ok. We’ll figure it out. We put a clear strategy in place.
FACE TO FACE STRATEGY SESSIONS
This is where we get to it. We work towards the roadmap you’ve set. We’ll also deal with whatever is coming up for you at the time. You get clarity, practical insight and expert coaching so that you reach your potential.
UNLIMITED CONTACT BETWEEN SESSIONS
Whether you need immediate advice or a pep talk before a big meeting, I’m on hand. Sounding board, challenger and cheerleader. I’m all in to help you get the results you want.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Even when we’ve completed our work together, I’m still here to support you and your projects. I work with people who inspire me and I want then to have continued positive impact in the world. That doesn’t end when we stop working together.
Everything we work on together is fully tailored to your needs. Each client is different. That said, there are typically four areas that we’ll cover:
Insight
To truly reach your potential we’ll delve into the whole picture of your life and business. Once you know where you’re at, we can work out how to move forward. We’ll uncover your long forgotten dreams. We’ll look at how you want to feel feel about your work and we’ll design a plan to give you those feelings.
Energy
We don’t get stuck at the mental level. We focus on you as a whole, and that includes your energy, body, movement and voice. I’m trained in Somatic coaching as well as transformative coaching, so will bring this to our sessions too. This isn't your usual surface level self-help work.
Strategy
Expect brainstorming, big sheets of paper and as many post-its as it takes. You’ll get clear on the life or business strategies you need to put in place. As we do this we’ll also reframe any beliefs or ideas that may be holding you back. Farewell distracting inner chatter.
Execution
Once you’re clear on how you want your life or business to look and feel, we’ll make it happen. We’ll test out your strategies and you’ll take action. If you don’t take action we’ll do the work to discover why not. And then clear the blocks. You’ll develop the mindset you need for success on your terms.

Our sessions won’t always follow the same format. My approach is creative. The right environments and experiences are all part of the process. Most importantly, sessions follow you. There is no fixed plan or agenda. Before we start working together I offer a complimentary strategy session. Here we discover how I can add the most value to you and your specific circumstances. It's also an opportunity to see if we're the right fit for one another.
whether we take a specific challenge and blitz it in a day or we meet weekly until you're all set, I design everything around you. Everything we work on is created so you reach your fullest potential.
everything we do is bespoke to you. your investment will depend on the particular project.
Once we’ve had the complimentary strategy session I’ll create a bespoke programme together with the corresponding fee.
